Requirements
- Experience in product or project management.
- Experience in hardware development.
- Experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Residing in Salzburg, Linz, or the area between them.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery and software development teams.
- Support product discovery processes and technical project management.
- Manage agile Kanban and sprint planning.
- Handle backlog grooming and Jira board reviews.
- Test and demonstrate new product features.
- Communicate between stakeholders and the development team.
- Maintain Jira boards, tickets, and the development roadmap.
- Coordinate technical integrations with logistics and e-commerce customers.
- Identify and coordinate AI potentials in company processes.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and moderate meetings.
