Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience using browser developer tools and console logs.
- Working SQL literacy (joins, filters, schema, queries).
- Experience working with APIs.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Excellent understanding of the online advertising industry.
- Ability to communicate across Jira, HubSpot, Slack and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Own, investigate and solve technical problems independently.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, including RTB reporting and impression discrepancies.
- Author and maintain internal process documentation.
- Support the Sales team in winning new business by relaying technical concepts.
- Prioritise, escalate or directly resolve support tickets to define SLAs.
- Assist in setting up and deploying new platforms for clients.
- Initiate and lead client calls to troubleshoot effectively.
