Requirements

- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven experience driving horizontal initiatives across multiple teams with demonstrated leadership.
- Experience delivering major features, system components, or deprecating existing functionality.
- Ability to define and execute technical plans for complex projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Set technical strategy for frontend surfaces on a year-long time scale.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams to ensure technical sustainability.
- Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for robust technical solutions and processes.
- Own operations, availability, and on-call efforts including monitoring, triage, and playbooks.
- Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards.
- Develop team talent through feedback, guidance, and leading by example.
