Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience working across multiple teams and driving horizontal initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience delivering major features or system components.
- Ability to define execution plans and write easily understood, high-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Mastery of gathering and iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Set technical strategy for frontend surfaces on a year-long time scale.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to manage technical sustainability and risks.
- Act as a force-multiplier by defining and advocating for technical solutions and operational processes.
- Take ownership of operations and availability through monitoring, triage, and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards.
- Develop talent on the team by providing feedback, guidance, and leading by example.
