Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce analytics, or a related analytics function.
- Experience building or scaling people analytics capabilities within a high-growth organization.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with analytics platforms such as BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to transform workforce data into insights that influence hiring, retention, organizational structure, or business strategy.
- Strong understanding of workforce metrics, talent trends, compensation analysis, and employee lifecycle analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to independently define analytics priorities, create measurement frameworks, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and data warehouse platforms such as Workday, HiBob, Ashby, Snowflake, or similar systems is preferred.
- Background in industrial-organizational psychology, statistics, data science, or related analytical disciplines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the people analytics function, establishing frameworks, processes, tools, and reporting standards from the ground up.
- Own workforce analytics initiatives including headcount planning, retention analysis, hiring effectiveness, compensation insights, and organizational health metrics.
- Develop self-service dashboards and reporting solutions that enable People teams and business leaders to access meaningful workforce insights.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, engagement, organization design, and retention.
- Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to support workforce planning, budgeting cycles, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Translate complex workforce data into clear recommendations and actionable business decisions.
- Establish consistent definitions, governance practices, and data standards across HR systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability for analytics initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders and help shape how workforce decisions are made across the organization.
