Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, investing, management consulting, business operations, or an analytically rigorous field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, or operational improvements.
- Strong ability to analyze complex information and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing operational processes, systems, or business tooling.
- Ability to work effectively with finance, commercial, product, and engineering teams.
- Experience operating within complex financial products, enterprise software, or technical environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage change and balance operational efficiency with stakeholder alignment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the full go-to-market funnel to identify conversion trends and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact operational improvements using structured problem-solving.
- Design and implement processes, systems, and tooling in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Diagnose challenges at key handoff points and develop strategies to improve execution.
- Provide an external perspective on commercial strategy and benchmark best practices.
- Partner with commercial teams to understand customer and deal dynamics.
- Translate complex financial and operational information into actionable leadership recommendations.
- Improve pipeline management, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
