5–10 years of professional experience in finance, investing, management consulting, or an analytically rigorous environment.
Proven experience in an operating role leading cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, or business operations.
Experience working with complex financial products, enterprise software, or other technical business domains.
Ability to translate complex information between technical, financial, and commercial stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience driving data-informed decisions by identifying root causes of operational issues.
Expertise in designing, implementing, or improving operational processes, systems, or tooling from scratch.
Experience partnering across Finance, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams.
Proven track record in change management and balancing operational efficiency with stakeholder adoption.
Experience with pipeline management (bonus).
RevOps experience driving commercial change (bonus).
Background at a tech company or fintech (bonus).

Identify and address bottlenecks in the GTM funnel where supply and demand transitions between teams slow down deals.
Develop a comprehensive view of the GTM funnel across Transferable Tax Credits, Debt, and Investments to track conversion and velocity.
Prioritize and drive 2-3 high-leverage process improvements supported by data analysis.
Collaborate with BizOps and Product teams to design and implement necessary tools and systems.
Provide an outside-in perspective on commercial strategy to optimize the GTM motion.
Embed within commercial teams to build trust and gather direct insights into deal processes.
