Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
  • At least 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Ashby experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with technical talent market trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to advise on recruitment strategies and identify team hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and a structured, inclusive interview process.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align on hiring goals and share recruitment best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and improve hiring processes.
