Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or educational equivalency.
- 7-10 years’ experience in leadership.
- 5-7 years supervisory experience leading teams.
- 5-7 years’ experience with overall responsibility for project planning and budgeting.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and reporting capabilities.
- Applicant Tracking Software experience.
- Data analysis and database management skills.
- Workflow design skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing recruitment agency relationships.
- Working knowledge of employment law, government regulations, and EEO/AAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist and advise senior leadership and HR leaders on all significant staffing, sourcing, and recruiting initiatives.
- Provide status on recruiting objectives, workflow targets, and recommended plans through analysis.
- Oversee external advertising, job posting budget, applicant tracking system, employee referral programs, and selection events.
- Develop and monitor annual recruiting spending and budget.
- Manage and lead the non-clinical recruiting team.
- Select, appoint, and manage third-party vendors and performance metrics.
- Manage H1B and immigration processes and professional services.
- Influence organizational excellence through effective sourcing and selection processes.
- Serve as an internal consultant for leadership and advocate for the company’s culture and mission.
