Requirements

- Over six years of progressive responsibility in healthcare-related management, administration, and account management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for communication with senior leaders and partners.
- Ability to perform market analysis and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience in designing and implementing community-based programs.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders across health systems to strengthen collaboration and accelerate impact across the cancer care continuum.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
- Drive strategic integration of pillar priorities through strategic account management and resource alignment.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance.
- Deliver cross-pillar collaboration across the enterprise to engage partners, volunteers, and communities.
