  • Over six years of progressive responsibility in healthcare-related management, administration, and account management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for communication with senior leaders and partners.
  • Ability to perform market analysis and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience in designing and implementing community-based programs.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders across health systems to strengthen collaboration and accelerate impact across the cancer care continuum.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
  • Drive strategic integration of pillar priorities through strategic account management and resource alignment.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance.
  • Deliver cross-pillar collaboration across the enterprise to engage partners, volunteers, and communities.
