Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in test automation, framework design, and team leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Playwright with TypeScript for browser automation.
- Solid experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test suites using Playwright with TypeScript for end-to-end, functional, and regression testing.
- Define and own test strategies, test plans, and automation coverage frameworks.
- Execute and oversee manual testing for complex scenarios requiring human judgment.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates.
- Write Python scripts for automation tooling, data setup, and test utilities.
- Lead code reviews for automation scripts and enforce quality engineering standards.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation patterns, test design, and debugging techniques.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to identify testability improvements and shift-left quality initiatives.
