Technical understanding of software development kits (SDKs) and cloud services
Technical understanding of EMR integration and SaaS solutions
Strong knowledge of APIs and healthcare data standards
Strong clinical background with understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate expediently
Creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and JIRA

Establish and maintain deployment project plans, monitor progress, and manage cross-functional resources.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for health system and technology clients during EMR integration.
Guide technical stakeholders through integration requirements and processes to ensure successful go-live.
Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation for EMR integration workflows.
Collaborate with engineering to solve technical hurdles and develop robust test plans for proactive issue resolution.
Partner with product teams to share EMR constraints, gaps, and learnings for continuous product improvement.
Educate internal teams on integration best practices, requirements, and key points of differentiation.
Utilize JIRA for issue reporting, status tracking, task management, and escalation management.
