Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager
- Experience delivering complex projects or solutions that span multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders to align on solutions and delivery plans
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
- Experience with common software development tools (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Experience with public cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with overall system architecture, including services, APIs, and data flows
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end to end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams.
- Support teams through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
- Apply Technical Program Management best practices and contribute to improving software development processes.
- Use technical skills and domain knowledge to help align teams around a shared plan and direction.
- Track and report on metrics for quality and performance across your programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
