Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Familiarity with NLP, text mining, or speech analytics tools.
  • Experience leveraging LLMs and Generative AI for data processing and code generation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational bottlenecks and propose AI or automation solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends and business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and Training teams to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Develop business case models to assess the ROI of potential initiatives.
  • Present findings and insights to the executive team for high-level decision-making.
  • Document methodology and standardize reporting processes for auditability.
