Requirements
- Specific experience in solar fleet monitoring.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry with high accuracy and speed.
- Understanding of solar terminology such as AC/DC, inverters, and irradiation.
- Ability to recognize and flag obvious data anomalies.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update solar asset data including production metrics, inverter status, and performance ratios.
- Assist in tracking fleet-wide alerts and system downtime.
- Transcribe diagnostic information from monitoring software into work order systems.
- Organize and digitize site inspection reports, warranty claims, and utility commissioning documents.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies between field reports and monitoring systems.
- Communicate with solar technicians and utility partners to resolve reporting inconsistencies.
