Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Ability to create/manipulate spreadsheets including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Strong analytical ability and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a technology-based environment preferred.
- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Windows Server platforms (e.g., 2012 r2, 2016) preferred.
- Knowledge with establishing and managing drive mappings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load Excel data into operational systems ensuring correct mapping.
- Process and load image files into operational systems and create file directories.
- Review and identify loan image file quality and viability.
- Inventory image and data files, combine image files, and manage reports.
- Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all required task items are provided.
- Transfer data and image files and troubleshoot inventory issues.
- Receive and log media shipments and manage physical media storage.
- Report on server capacity and manage file archiving operations.
