Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting healthcare recruitment efforts, including sourcing clinical or non-clinical healthcare professionals, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through email, phone, text, and social platforms to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Create and manage engaging job advertisements, social media content, and candidate communications to increase visibility and attract talent.
  • Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce priorities, and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing activity, and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Support recruitment events, conferences, and lead-generation activities when needed.
  • Monitor healthcare labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing technologies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing a professional, responsive, and engaging experience throughout the sourcing process.
