Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, member marketing, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B2C marketing or communication programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, business partners, or external stakeholders in a consultative role.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives, customer insights, and audience needs into marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations, strategic documents, recommendations, and client-facing materials.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing timelines, priorities, workflows, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, client success, implementation, legal, and operations.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results, synthesize feedback, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Experience in healthcare, employee benefits, health plans, digital health, care advocacy, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, project management tools, and workflow technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve member marketing strategies that align with client goals, market trends, and member needs.
  • Analyze healthcare, benefits, and B2B2C marketing trends, competitive activity, communication practices, and member engagement patterns to identify opportunities.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations, messaging strategies, campaign plans, communication journeys, and engagement opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to clients and client-facing teams by understanding goals, communication challenges, member populations, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Product, Client Success, Implementation, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to define scalable member marketing approaches.
  • Develop campaign frameworks, templates, messaging resources, and enablement materials that support adoption and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements based on measurable results.
