Requirements
- 6+ years of graphic design experience with a background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, or online media.
- Standout portfolio demonstrating a clean, consistent aesthetic and breadth across digital and print formats.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end-to-end.
- Strong eye for typography and layout.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital and print assets, including landing pages, editorial layouts, email campaigns, social assets, invitations, signage, and decks.
- Set and uphold the creative standard for the team, providing direction and constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Drive projects from concept through final production while maintaining a cohesive design approach.
- Partner closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into visual executions.
- Champion and evolve the goop visual identity by identifying opportunities to push the brand forward.
