Requirements
- Extensive experience as a writer of peer-reviewed medical publications.
- Excellent scientific writing and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field (advanced degree preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Sound professional judgment and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong digital literacy.
- Experience in a CRO environment (preferred).
- Experience generating publication extenders like plain language summaries or graphical abstracts (advantageous).
- Professional certifications such as EMWA or CMPP (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and manage manuscripts, posters, abstracts, oral presentation slide decks, and review articles.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal supervision.
- Raise and resolve project management issues, including out-of-scope requests.
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and industry standards.
- Represent the team as the lead project contact.
- Lead or provide input on team process improvements.
