Requirements
- At least 7+ years of Change Management and Organizational Design experience (including at least 5 years of dedicated change management experience).
- At least 3-5 years of external consulting experience with advanced relationship management at the C-Suite and executive level.
- Change management certifications (e.g., ProSci, Kotter).
- Google Cloud Digital Leader certification.
- Google Generative AI Leader certification (or ability to complete within 6 months).
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise customers through deep organizational and technical transformations.
- Redesign IT operating models to transition from legacy, project-based delivery to modern, Agile, service-oriented structures.
- Manage, mentor, and direct a distributed team of Change Management Leads and Practitioners across onshore and offshore delivery centers.
- Design durable, stream-aligned product teams, centralized platform teams, and enabling support functions to match target cloud architectures.
- Facilitate Agile structural shifts and coach leadership on repositioning managers while shifting domain authority to technical experts.
