Requirements
- Strong proficiency in UX design and research methodologies.
- Ability to create detailed design artifacts including mental model maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research such as ethnographic studies and primary interviews.
- Experience with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into actionable product features.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior design and research staff.
- Strong communication skills for presenting concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Capability to prioritize research opportunities within a complex, fast-paced technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive the innovation design process from concept to proof of concept.
- Lead UX research, design, and testing for new and existing digital experiences.
- Advocate for strategic design solutions based on user goals, demographic data, and research findings.
- Communicate design concepts through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, personas, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Assess and optimize feature performance using user research and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior designers and researchers while leading design workstreams within projects.
- Present design concepts and facilitate brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct independent research, competitive analysis, and user behavior studies including A/B testing.
