Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
- Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, RESTful, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with object-oriented principles, analysis, and design.
- Demonstrable experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonarqube.
- Experience designing solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and AWS DynamoDB.
- Understanding of IT standards, system development life cycles, and project management frameworks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to develop and maintain business solutions using agile development principles.
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.
- Establish and adhere to software coding, best practices, and style guides.
- Participate in sprint planning, story point estimation, and code reviews.
- Design and build highly responsive web-based user interfaces for microservices-based applications.
- Design, build, and maintain monitoring and testing infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, system diagrams, and documentation.
- Support IT program requirements, metrics development, and data quality assessments.
