Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular or React using TypeScript for modern frontend development.
- Advanced backend development experience with Python and the Flask Framework.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and engineering principles.
- Experience using Git and modern version control practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Build responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript.
- Develop secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and the Flask Framework.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with software engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and encourage strong development practices across the team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across application development processes.
