Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in copywriting and/or content design.
- Experience within a product or tech-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
- Solid understanding of writing best practices for various digital mediums.
- Proven ability to collaborate with product marketing, designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Experience with legal and compliance review processes.
- Self-starter mentality capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to clarity, scalability, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Write and refine content across product touchpoints including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal & Compliance teams.
- Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, content templates, and writing standards.
- Drive content strategies for campaigns through ideation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Refine voice and tone across consumer and merchant digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for a content-first approach to design to elevate user experiences.
