Requirements

- Practical experience with web and API automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test execution processes.
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to resolve quality challenges.
- Strong analytical skills for breaking down complex features into testing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting risks and project updates.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers and supporting team development.
- Interest in emerging QA technologies and AI-assisted testing workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and release-readiness assessments.
- Partner with product managers and developers to analyze requirements and identify testing risks.
- Lead manual, API, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Monitor CI/CD test automation, investigate failures, and collaborate on resolutions.
- Mentor QA engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve QA processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency.
- Explore AI-assisted testing approaches for automation and requirement analysis.
