Requirements

Licensed as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
Master's degree in a relevant clinical field.
Experience working in integrated care settings.
Experience using evidence-based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn virtual care systems quickly.
Commitment to ongoing licensing in additional states as needed.
Availability for 8–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families.
Provide personalized treatment recommendations, including referrals to community providers when appropriate.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
Lead parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).
Shape care model workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care.
