Requirements
- Master's level degree in a relevant field.
- Unrestricted professional licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience in treatment planning and conducting comprehensive assessments.
- Ability to partner effectively with clients to support treatment objectives.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and internal digital communication tools.
- Dedicated, private home work environment for HIPAA-compliant patient interaction.
- Fluency in English (Spanish language proficiency preferred).
- Availability to work a full-time Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends).
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health and substance abuse services via telehealth.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients across the lifespan.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal digital tools for all clinical and administrative duties.
