Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Full, current, unrestricted independent practice license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet professional deadlines.
- Experience providing care to clients with a diverse range of concerns.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Capacity to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
- Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health settings (preferred).
- Current insurance network paneling or credentialing (preferred).
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain ongoing clinical documentation including case notes and treatment plan reviews per policy.
- Provide high-quality clinical care for clients.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address community mental health gaps.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed therapeutic goals.
- Submit timely individual session documentation according to company guidelines.
- Maintain at least 32 hours of patient care availability per week for full-time status.
- Coordinate services with families, work personnel, medical providers, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
