Requirements
- University degree in Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Professional experience in UX design, requirements engineering, conceptualization, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience in organizing and transforming agile corporate structures and processes.
- Knowledge of the User Centered Design process and methods (e.g., context analysis, personas, usability testing).
- Proficiency in current design tools, specifically Figma.
- Experience with AI in products (AI-supported operation concepts) and as a tool in design workflows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (BITV/WCAG).
- Experience with legacy system migrations.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, stakeholders, designers, and developers.
- Fluency in German.
Responsibilities
- Develop the company-wide UX vision.
- Take responsibility for product-spanning interaction concepts and UX guidelines.
- Establish and monitor appropriate methods for design and implementation.
- Analyze user contexts and create high-level concepts.
- Manage stakeholders and support roadmap planning.
- Steer cross-product projects to unify user experience.
- Facilitate user-centered Design Thinking within Scrum teams.
