Requirements
- 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 3 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing QA standards and procedures in large, complex environments.
- Ability to define and apply quality characteristics, measurable metrics, scoring criteria, and performance thresholds.
- Experience determining quality control resources based on scope and complexity.
- Ability to establish and maintain processes for evaluating hardware, software, and documentation.
- Experience supporting or leading technical evaluations and assessments of systems and deliverables.
- Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving improvement of deliverables.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to maintain the client application.
- Support development, enhancements, accessibility, integration, optimization, and maintenance.
- Ensure system availability and correct operations.
- Work within a sprint-based development cycle.
- Utilize knowledge of the AWS cloud environment, Python backend, and TypeScript front-end.
