Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science.
- Experience building data modeling workflows using dbt or similar data platform tooling.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Python is preferable.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Expertise in data visualization using BI platforms like Mode, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings to business stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset for identifying and solving cross-functional analytics problems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Manage capacity planning for Financial Crime Operations, including creation and reporting of plans versus actuals.
- Identify and implement data-led improvements within the AML domain, including transaction monitoring and risk rating.
- Present complex data-driven results to non-technical business leaders.
- Connect disparate data sources to uncover business insights and deliver comprehensive solutions.
