Requirements
- 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate relational databases.
- Knowledge of industry standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, and NDC.
- Experience documenting and presenting analytics results to stakeholders.
- Experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success.
- Experience in Python (nice to have).
- Experience with the BI tool Sigma (nice to have).
- Experience in commercial life science use cases (nice to have).
- Experience in enterprise products (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own the investigation and resolution of data observations and data questions driven by internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the product pipeline and impact to data to identify improvements.
- Build standard templates and practices to streamline data quality in target domains.
- Own key analytics projects in the data and feature roadmaps.
- Design new data analytics and data quality features and capabilities, including match, merge, dedupe logic, value enrichment, and reference mappings.
- Establish quality metrics and build dashboards to drive continuous improvement of data products.
