Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in user-acquisition, growth, marketing, or data analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience analyzing paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, mobile, or connected television channels.
- Proven experience developing LTV, CAC, payback period, and ROAS models.
- Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, or related marketing-measurement methods.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities from problem definition to recommendation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate results across marketing channels, campaigns, and creatives to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Utilize LTV, CAC, payback period, and ROAS frameworks to assess customer value and guide investment allocation.
- Apply attribution and incrementality testing techniques and support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) development.
- Establish KPIs for acquisition volume, efficiency, and customer quality.
- Proactively detect performance changes, investigate root causes, and communicate risks.
- Develop self-service dashboards and automated reporting for business partners.
- Define requirements and build scalable acquisition data models in collaboration with data engineering.
- Present actionable recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
