- Ability to facilitate input from Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners with well-reasoned business cases.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Map complex business processes and translate energy market requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, third-party suppliers, and domain experts to define requirements.
- Bridge legacy processes and the new platform to support energy setups.
- Manage data migration and prepare systems.
- Provide customer and business insights to keep the team informed.
- Facilitate input from Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
