Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting.
- Proven track record running an end-to-end monthly financial close cycle.
- Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-suite and CFO levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with complex financial models.
- Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design, document, and manage internal processes.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.
- Strong financial narrative skills to transform data into decision-making insights.
- Background in high-growth technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full annual operating plan process including timelines and consolidated P&L development.
- Manage the FP&A close calendar, playbook, and performance review cycle for the team.
- Review and approve all financial deliverables for the CFO, department heads, and external parties.
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures for financial reporting and planning.
- Oversee the FP&A automation roadmap and model integration with the Strategic Finance team.
- Provide financial insights through trusted partnerships with department counterparts.
