Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, interpretive, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
- Meaningful experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing and developing team members.
- High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP Finance and business unit leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Support annual budget and periodic forecast processes, incorporating business inputs and operating assumptions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, KPIs, and reporting packages.
- Identify and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting revenue, margin, and EBITDA.
- Provide financial and analytical support for staffing, pricing, and project profitability decisions.
- Standardize finance processes, reporting tools, and dashboards across business areas.
- Manage, coach, and develop finance team members to ensure deliverables are met with quality and timeliness.
