Requirements
- Proficiency in AWS with hands-on experience designing and running production infrastructure.
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD/Flux).
- Security-engineering capability to implement access controls and least-privilege policies in code.
- Solid understanding of cloud and hybrid networking (VPC design, segmentation, DNS, load balancing).
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, or a comparable language.
- Experience with platform-as-a-product mindset and shipping opinionated defaults.
- Ability to reason about security posture, secrets management, and network reliability.
- Team-first attitude with proactive communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own AWS architecture and Terraform infrastructure-as-code.
- Develop golden paths and internal developer platform tooling to support self-service deployments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment fabric for models and SDKs.
- Engineer security, access management, secrets management, and network segmentation directly into platform code.
- Establish architecture standards and define platform team processes.
- Implement observability, metrics, alerting, and cost visibility for infrastructure reliability.
- Support research workflows at scale with platform expertise.
