Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 4 years of related experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data modeling.
  • Prior experience building department-level reports, dashboards, or business reviews from procurement or ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate departmental data into findings and recommendations.
  • Working understanding of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling operations.
  • Experience supporting or leading procurement/ERP software implementations or system transitions is preferred.
  • Experience working in a U.S. Government (DOE or DOD) environment is preferred.
  • Nuclear or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with procurement/ERP reporting tools or BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally escalate issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own the department's recurring reporting cadence for portfolio status, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports from procurement systems to track KPIs like cycle time, spending, and savings.
  • Monitor department-wide compliance with prime contract requirements and company policy.
  • Aggregate and report on supplier delivery performance and expedite activity across the portfolio.
  • Track receipt and invoice reconciliation metrics to identify process bottlenecks.
  • Maintain department-level tracking of supplier compliance documentation.
  • Manage department record-keeping standards to ensure files remain audit-ready.
  • Prepare procurement business reviews and management reporting packages.
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives to accelerate department cycle time.
  • Serve as the point of contact for procurement systems administration and lead ERP software implementations.
