Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns for maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience working with AI coding assistants and implementing modern AI solutions like LLM integrations or RAG.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit or Spock.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Docker.
- Experience in evolving and scaling established systems beyond greenfield projects.
- Ability to use profiling tools and focus on writing efficient, high-performance code.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud environments, specifically AWS or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new backend functionalities while maintaining and optimizing existing ones.
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous unit and integration testing and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and frontend teams.
- Solve performance-related challenges to ensure system stability and speed.
- Contribute to technical discussions and help the team solve production issues.
- Actively utilize AI-assisted developer tools to boost productivity and implement AI-driven product features.
