Requirements
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or a comparable education.
- At least 8 years of CRM experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM.
- Experience as an architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations – preferably with intercontinental rollouts.
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis and Architecture Design.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the concepts of modern technology.
- Expert level in Microsoft D365 ecosystem and suite of solutions.
- Broad understanding of all the elements of the Microsoft technology platform.
- Preferred pre-sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Conduct envisioning discovery workshops and architecture design workshops.
- Make technology choices aligned with architectural requirements.
- Prepare and define architecture designs, guiding business transformation and business-value approach.
- Provide proactive support in program/project delivery, anticipating issues and working alongside the delivery teams.
- Understand the customer's operational landscape and leverage it for architecture validation.
- Stay informed about evolving business technology trends to shape long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Optimize business processes for greater efficiency and effective technology deployment.
- Undertake business process design and documentation.
- Facilitate agile, innovative projects alongside the main program.
- Develop and update internal tools and best practices for the Project team.
