Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views.
- Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE architecture, Dataverse security, and environment governance.
- Proficiency in Plugins, Custom API, JavaScript/Typescript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience with Third-party and Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Power Pages.
- Experience with version control systems like GIT and Azure DevOps for build automation.
- Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
- Certification: PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
- Develop extensions using Plugins, Custom API, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers while enforcing coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent HSO in a professional manner.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and advise customers on industry best practices.
- Manage version control using GIT and build/release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
