Requirements
- Strong experience solving business problems using data science and statistics
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Strong Python skills for analysis and modeling (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, visualization libraries)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing, experiment design, and statistical inference
- Understanding of machine learning systems: how models are trained, evaluated, and tuned
- Experience connecting model or algorithm performance to product funnels and business metrics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Comfortable working independently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ranking, recommendations, or search relevance is a plus
- Experience working in e-commerce or with large-scale user behavioral data
- Experience in customer-facing analytical work
Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests measuring impact on key business metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning to solve business and product problems
- Develop a deep understanding of how search, ranking, and personalization algorithms work
- Analyze large-scale behavioral data to generate insights and recommendations for customers and internal teams
- Build analyses, models, and tools that help teams make better decisions
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders
