Requirements
- 5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or marketing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality creative execution.
- Advanced visual design skills across digital, brand, and marketing applications.
- Strong expertise in typography, layout, and composition.
- Strong motion graphics and video capabilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work until 11:00 a.m. PST.
Responsibilities
- Concept and execute high-impact visual designs across digital, web, campaigns, events, and marketing materials.
- Translate business goals and creative briefs into compelling design solutions that align with brand standards.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, design systems, and templates.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive design across all customer touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Champion the use of AI within creative workflows to improve efficiency and scale design systems.
