Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frameworks and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience in designing APIs and managing databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Firm grasp of distributed systems concepts including microservices, load balancing, caching, and scaling.
- Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Commitment to high engineering standards including code quality, maintainability, and security.
- Fluency in English with effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for the Mimica platform.
- Develop and optimize real-time backend services using Node.js.
- Build APIs to interact with system ML components.
- Diagnose and resolve fault-tolerance, availability, and performance bottleneck issues.
- Refactor components and services while maintaining high documentation standards.
- Collaborate through pair programming and code reviews.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and project management tasks.
