Job Details

5+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience with a strong focus on paid social for a consumer app.
Deep expertise managing large-scale acquisition programs across Meta.
Meaningful experience scaling TikTok, including creative experimentation and platform partnerships.
Strong understanding of Meta's optimization ecosystem, including bidding and audience segmentation.
Exceptional experience with mobile measurement platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Singular).
Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize complex performance data into actionable insights.
Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to inform strategy and testing programs.
Demonstrated success designing and owning a structured experimentation roadmap.
Experience in gaming, fintech, sports betting, or high-growth consumer apps.
Experience managing and developing team members.

Own strategy, execution, pacing, and optimization across paid social channels.
Serve as in-house expert on performance social, with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok.
Develop and execute a testing roadmap across audience strategy, bidding, campaign structure, creative, and measurement.
Partner with TikTok and Meta account teams to influence product roadmaps and leverage beta features.
Translate MMP and backend performance data into insights, budget recommendations, and reporting.
Work with Analytics and Data Science to validate attribution, forecast accurately, and optimize toward KPIs.
Partner with Creative to develop channel-specific strategies and establish high-velocity testing loops.
Monitor competitive advertising, creative trends, and emerging consumer behaviors.
