Requirements
- 3+ years of program management experience, ideally for people-related programs.
- Experience in an organization that has scaled beyond 2,500 employees.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and making recommendations based on data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
- Continuous improvement mentality grounded in end-user feedback or industry insights.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and program logistics.
- Ability to build stable working relationships cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel for onsite onboarding events (estimated one to two times quarterly).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onboarding point of contact for new hires and hiring managers.
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training events to new hires within their first 90 days.
- Lead onboarding projects from start to finish, partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the development and delivery of learning assets including slide decks, eLearning modules, and job aids.
- Manage program logistics such as calendaring, communications, and new hire swag.
- Administer and maintain onboarding content and tasks in Workday Learning.
- Maintain core onboarding documentation in Notion and update email communications.
- Analyze internal data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
