4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Experience leading significant mobile initiatives using React Native or native (Swift/Kotlin).
Proficiency in working with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global team.
Ability to define technical plans for significant features with extensible designs.
Experience implementing experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics instrumentation.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Acquisition & Onboarding team.
Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve complex open-ended technical problems.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ensure system operational excellence, reliability, and availability by managing monitoring, triage, and on-call efforts.
Identify and solve project, process, or technology issues while advocating for technical improvements.
Foster a culture of quality by establishing and improving code review and design standards.
Provide feedback and guidance to develop talent within the team.
