Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience delivering data and analytics solutions
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms
- Full lifecycle experience in Agile/CI-CD environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, or equivalent lakehouse platforms
- Proficiency in Spark-based processing (PySpark / Spark SQL)
- Experience with cloud data pipelines (Fabric Pipelines, ADF)
- Experience with Azure ML pipelines or integration with ML workflows
- Strong Python or R and SQL expertise
- Knowledge of lakehouse design, medallion architecture, and performance optimization
- Experience with Power BI and reporting enablement
- Experience in CI/CD, deployment automation, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and quality frameworks
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable data platforms, pipelines, and lakehouse solutions
- Translate architecture into production-ready implementations independently
- Enable data science and reporting teams with high-quality, reliable data
- Implement automation, CI/CD, and governance best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments
- Lead requirements gathering and managing delivery end-to-end
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to growth
- Support sales efforts and help define reusable delivery patterns
