Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums.
- Highly skilled with Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
- Proven experience leading creative teams in developing brand concepts.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, typography, and colors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under close deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
- Create logos and innovative artwork and develop pre-production artwork.
- Understand the imprint limitations on promotional products and the limitations of each decoration method.
- Develop design concepts and plans in line with resource, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
- Review the final layouts and suggest improvements while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive on time.
- Work closely with clients’ ideas and manage their expectations.
